Professional Day

I just received an email from the school reminding me that May 1 was scheduled as a Professional Day. The school would like to keep Friday, May 1 as a Professional Day. I will go back and edit my Learning Menu for next week to remove some of the workload to reflect a day off for next Friday!

It’s hard to believe that we are into week 4 of our learning at home. It has gone so quickly and yet so slowly all at the same time. I love my weekly chats with you and your children. I love that I get one on one time with each of my students! I so enjoy reading with them. It has been a pleasure for me and I am so proud of you and your kids. I know that it can be a tough gig!

Have I told you yet how proud I am of all of the great work you are doing! I know that it is not easy and it has certainly changed the way the days go. In our online chats, I see happy, healthy kids who are able to talk to me about the things that they are learning at home! Yay, you!

With rain in the forecast, I thought you might like another idea of how to burn off some energy in the house.
