What a Wonderful Year!

Fun with Board Games and Puzzles

Our countdown yesterday was board games and puzzles!  We had so much fun learning new games, laughing together and just having a good time!

Class Party Tomorrow!

We are having our last class party tomorrow!  We are going to play games and have some treats.  If you would like to send a treat along for the class to share feel free to do so!  I have also told the students they can bring a teddy bear/stuffy to play with for the day.

Grade 2 Countdown

SHHHHHH!  Don’t tell your Grade 2 child why, but if they can, have them bring a game they know how to play or a puzzle to share with the class on Monday!  The Grade 1’s will be on their field trip and we are going to have some fun playing games and puzzling together for part of the day as our countdown treat!

Grade 1 Field Trip on Monday

A reminder that our Grade 1’s are going to Play Abby on Monday!

• The Grade 1’s will be joining Mrs. Folkerts’ class for the trip.
• Leaving at 9:30 am from the school and arriving at Play Abby at 10:00 am.
• They will be there to play from 10:00am-12:00pm.
• Mrs. Folkerts’ asks that if you are planning to help that there be NO siblings for the Play Abby portion.  Siblings are welcome to the Garrison Spray Park.
• If it is raining, students will come back to the school to eat lunch, then meet at the waterpark for 1:30 pm.
• All students need to be wearing socks.

Play Clothes for Primary Fun Day

Students are allowed to wear play clothes for our Primary Fun Day!  So you can leave the uniforms at home and allow your children to feel comfortable during all of our activities.

Runners would be a great idea for your child to wear since we will be moving and running a lot throughout the morning.

Grade 1 After School Pick Up

Grade 1 parents, if you are looking for your child at the end of the day tomorrow, they will be in Portable 9 in Mrs. Vanleeuwen’s class for their buddy day!

For our countdown today we had a flashlight reading party!  So much fun reading in different ways!
