It was a fun and chaotic day in the classroom yesterday with the presence of many different types of Super Heroes! I enjoyed the creativity and the variety!
Spring Sing
It was our hope to film our Spring Sing in a similar way as we did the Christmas Concert. With the new mask mandate for 4-12 wearing masks even while singing, it has been decided to cancel it for this year. Our K-3 students had begun to work on their songs and we would like to record them and post the link on the blog to honour their effort and the fact that they are very cute.
Grade 1s will be recording their song on Tuesday, may 18th. They are asked to wear casual bottoms, yellow shirts and to bring their sunglasses if they have them. If you do not have a yellow shirt, white can work, as well.
I will post the link as soon as it is available after May 18th!

Thank you to all of the parents who joined us at the Blue Heron Reserve on Thursday. Although we didn’t see very many herons, the weather was beautiful and it was so nice to get out of the classroom and be outside. The children enjoyed playing with the binoculars and most of all the bus ride!
