Gymnastics

I am sorry to have missed our Gymnastics field trip today at Wayland Sports. We have another session scheduled for January 27th and I will work on re-booking the session that we missed.

Bake Sale

The intermediate department will be holding a Bake Sale on Thursday, January 16th. All items are $1 and proceeds from the Bake Sale will go to support the Guatemala Missions Team and to buy composting bins for intermediate classrooms. If you would like to support our school efforts, feel free to send $1 to school on January 16th.

Wayland Sports Field trip

Just a reminder that we have a field trip on Monday, January 13th to Wayland sports for gymnastics. The children do not need to wear their uniforms and should wear clothes that are comfy for lots of movement. Our session starts at 9:15 so we will be leaving as soon after 9:00 as we can. If students are late, they may miss the bus. Parents are welcome to join us!

Date to add to your calendar!

I missed a date when I posted the January dates. Please add a half day on January 20th. Students K-6 will be dismissed at 12:00pm.

Parent Reading Morning

Starting, Wednesday, January 15th, I would love to have parents come in and read with small groups of students from 9:00-9:30am. If you are able to read with us each Wednesday morning, feel free to send me an email! We would love to see you!

Games Afternoon

On Friday, January 17th, I am planning a games afternoon for the students to break up the month of January which can seem long after the break. I would love to have 5 parents come in and bring a favourite game from home to play with the kids. If you do not have a game to bring, not to worry, I can supply you with one. If you are able to play games with us from 1-3, feel free to email me. We would love to have you!
