Valentine’s Day

We are gearing up to celebrate Valentine’s Day. It is a big deal for these kiddos! Valentine’s Day is a colour dress up day and students are welcome to wear pink, white or red clothes on Friday, February 14th.
Handing out Valentine’s cards is optional. I do ask that if you choose to send Valentine’s cards to school, please make sure that there is a card for each student so that we can be inclusive. I also recommend that the students fill out their own Valentine’s cards. They are very able and with a little support will be able to do a great job on their Valentine’s cards and feel a great sense of accomplishment in doing it themselves.
