Orange Shirt Day
On Monday, September 30th, we will be celebrating Orange Shirt Day K-12. Students are welcome to wear casual bottoms and orange tops. If you do not have an orange shirt, uniforms are always an option. We will not be going in depth into the deep topics surrounding residential schools with our smallest students. The aim of the day is inclusiveness, support for our First Nations students and a focus on “every student matters.”

During the month of October, we will be doing a Robert Munsch Author Study. If you have any Robert Munsch books that you would like to share with us, please make sure that your name is clearly written in the front so that we can make sure to return books to their rightful owners. I always look forward to October as this is such a fun unit for us!
